Abstract

The awareness of the probability of primary immunodefi ciency in adults has been increased. However, careful diff erential diagnosis is necessary before a fi nal diagnosis of primary immunodefi ciency is made. In this report, a patient with a preliminary diagnosis of primary immunodefi ciency due to recurrent pulmonary infections and selective IgA deficiency who was fi nally diagnosed as chronic lymphocytic leukemia was presented.
