Rapid drug desensitization (RDD) is a procedure that provides temporary tolerance to chemotherapy drugs for appropriate patients who experience hypersensitivity reactions (HSRs), allowing them to continue their treatments. Due to the labor-intensive and timeconsuming nature of the commonly used multiple-bag RDD procedure, there is a need to develop an alternative protocol. In this article, we have compiled the results of a different clinical approach, the one-bag RDD procedure, in various patient groups.
