Hypereosinophilia is a rare clinical entity. Infections, especially parasitic infections, cause hypereosinophilia. Fascioliasis is a rare cause of eosinophilia. In this article, we presented a case diagnosed with fascioliasis that admitted complaints of abdominal pain and rash on face, and eosinophilia were determined. Parasitic infections should be considered in patients with hypereosinophilia and a detailed examination should be done.
